Our Services
Eagle Integrate delivers turnkey automation and control system solutions, engineered off-site to the exact specification of your machine, process, and facility.
Every system is purpose-built, not supplied off-the-shelf, and once complete, is installed and commissioned on-site as a fully finished system.
We provide mechanical fitting and pneumatics work needed to bring each system to life, along with any necessary subcontracted electrical work.
Custom-Built Automation Systems
- Every automation system starts as a custom build in our workshop, designed entirely around your specific machine, process, and constraints.
- The finished system is then brought on-site and commissioned as a complete unit.
Automated Quality Control
- Vision/Reject —camera and sensor-triggered rejection of non-conforming product.
- Overweight/ underweight — in-line weight checking with automatic diversion.
- Coding presence detection — verifies coding, labels, or component presence in-line.
- Spec detection — flags or rejects units outside spec, feeding both HMI visibility and reject systems.
Reducing Downtime & Increasing Efficiency
- Sensor based counting — tracks product counts through the line. Track line features for continuous improvement
- Machine downtime tracking and data logging — Systems that help pinpoint critical efficiency losses.
PLC Programming, HMI Design & Integration
- Ladder logic & structured text — custom-built control logic for machine sequencing, interlocking, and auto-cycling. Documented logic for predictable, testable, and maintainable behaviour
- Fault handling, Alarm & Safety logic — built in from the start, not patched on afterward.
- Platforms — Delta DVP (WPLSoft), with capability extending to Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms.
- Operator interfaces — clean screen navigation, live status and alarm visibility.
- PLC-to-HMI communication — designed so operators can run and troubleshoot routine issues without an engineer on-site.
Safety Relays, Interlocking & VSD Control Logic
- PLC-supervised control design — contactor and relay logic engineered as part of the automation build for equipment not requiring full PLC control.
- Safe switching — protected and interlocked with the rest of the system.
- Drive configuration — ramp profiles, speed control, start/stop control, forward/reverse control and PLC/VSD communication (Analog or fieldbus).
- Safety circuit design — e-stops, safety relays, and guard interlocks integrated directly into the control logic and hardware-based safety systems
Mechanical Fitting & Pneumatics
Alongside our automation builds, we can support associated pneumatic and mechanical. This includes:
- Pneumatics, solenoids, valves & pistons — design, sizing, and fitting of pneumatic actuation (solenoid valves, cylinders/pistons) synced with control logic for clamping, indexing, capping, or rejecting.
- Mechanical fitting — custom brackets, mounting sensors, actuators, guarding, and hardware so systems function correctly in the physical environment.
CAD Drawing & Design (Upon Request)
- 2D/3D CAD drawings — layout drawings, panel schematics, and mechanical component drawings produced on request to support a build or installation.
- Not a standard inclusion — Provided as an added service where a client specifically needs drawn documentation, rather than a default part of every build.
- Platforms — SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, Draftsite
Electrical Connection & Compliance
- Mains connection — carried out by our subcontracted licensed electrician, or by your own preferred licensed electrician if you’d rather use an existing relationship.
- Isolators & motor connections — completed and certified by the licensed electrician engaged for the job.
- Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) — issued by the licensed electrician for all applicable on-site work.
- Standards-aligned design — panels designed with reference to relevant switchgear/control gear and machinery safety standards. AS/NZS 61439, AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and AS/NZS 3008 all fully adhered to.
On-Site Commissioning & Ongoing Support
- Commissioning — bringing our custom-built systems on-site, installing, and commissioning them as a complete, working unit.
- Diagnostics & fault-finding — ongoing support and fault diagnosis for automation systems we have built and installed.
- Documentation & handover — full system documentation provided so your team can operate and maintain the system with confidence.
- Flexible component selection — hardware matched to your budget and reliability priorities, from cost-effective platforms through to premium industrial-grade equipment with broader manufacturer support and spare parts availability.
- Guidance provided — we help you weigh upfront cost against long-term support and part availability, so the system fits both your budget and your operational needs.
